how and where are tattile pieces made?
every TATTILE piece is handcrafted and made-to-order starting from the hide in my workshop in Catania.
when am i going to receive my order?
orders will start being processed as soon as possible. being made-to-order items, processing can take anywhere from 3-8 working days. items are shipped right away and will take anywhere from 24-72 hours (Italy) and 72-96 hours (Europe).
due to recent delays with suppliers 'preludio' items are subject to a 7-14 working days processing times.
can i return my order?
you can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it. you have the right to inspect the items as you please as long as you do not use/alter their state. used/damaged items will be suspected to inspection and you may be charged based on the loss incurred.
personalised or made-to-measure items cannot be returned.
if your order arrives faulty or damaged
every item is inspected before shipping and this should not occur. should you find any issues, send your order number and pictures of the issues to info.tattile@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package. these cases are resolved at no cost to you.
do you provide invoices?
invoices are issued on request only. include your billing details
in the order notes or write to info.tattile@gmail.com at the time
of purchase.
how do i care for my TATTILE pieces?
please refer to the specific care instructions provided in your order. as a general rule of thumb, wipe your leather items with a slightly damp cloth and moisturise if the leather starts to feel dry.
only wipe vegetable tanned leather with a damp cloth when it's already stained as water may leave a stain on it as well.
