made to order

every tattile piece is made by hand, one at a time. products are cut,
stitched and finished after your order is placed.

processing

orders are prepared within 5 to 10 business days before shipping.
made-to-measure pieces, may require a few days more. if your order will take longer than expected, you will be notified by email. should an item already be ready upon purchase, it will be shipped within 3 days.

shipping

once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with
tracking. delivery times depend on your location and the carrier,
and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or
events outside our control. once we hand the parcel to the carrier,
risk of loss passes to you, without prejudice to your rights as a
consumer under applicable law.

customs and duties

for orders shipped outside the european union, any customs duties,
taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and
are not included in the price or shipping cost.
