returns & refunds

made-to-measure pieces

the baroque belt is cut to each customer's measurement. 
made-to-measure and personalised goods are exempt from the
14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

measure carefully before ordering. if you are unsure, write to
info@tattile.co before placing your order — not after.

this does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or
not as described.

all other pieces

for non-personalised pieces, you have the right to withdraw
from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods,
without giving a reason.

to be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its
original condition, with any pouch, dust bag or packaging included.

return shipping is at your own expense. we recommend a tracked
service — items lost in return transit remain your responsibility
until they reach us.

once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is issued
to your original payment method within 14 days. we may reduce the
refund to reflect any diminished value if the item has been handled
beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

faulty or incorrect items

if a piece arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described,
write to info@tattile.co within 14 days of delivery with your order
number and photographs. these cases are resolved at no cost to you.

how to start a return

write to info@tattile.co with your order number and the piece you
wish to return. this email serves as your withdrawal request. you
will receive confirmation and the return address in reply.
