you is cut and produced specifically for you. under article 16(c) of the eu consumer
rights directive (2011/83/eu), such goods are exempt from the
14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

for non-personalised pieces, you have the right to withdraw from
your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without
