About

01 - An introduction to TATTILE
TATTILE blends function and aesthetics through clean, intentional design to create leather essentials built for everyday use.
The palette is disciplined: black is the foundation of the brand, enriched with silver-toned hardware. Select colours are introduced through special editions.
Hardware is kept precise and minimal—chosen to support the form, not compete with it.

02 - FOUNDATION
TATTILE begins as a microbrand built around one idea: touch matters. The name comes from the tactile side of leather—grain, weight, tension, edges—details you feel before you notice them.
It was founded to keep control over the essentials: design, material selection, prototyping, and finishing—kept intentionally small to protect consistency. Pieces are developed slowly, refined through repetition, and released only when the form feels resolved.
03 - Vision, mission, values
Vision — In a sterile world, TATTILE envisions objects that feel alive, without asking to be seen.

Mission — To design and create leather art-like works where material, construction, design, and function coexist coherently—built to last, not to perform.

Values — Restraint over noise. Substance over display. Precision, consistency, and permanence over trends—while keeping the design bold, modern, and intentional.

04 - MANUFACTURING
Materials are sourced mostly from Italy. Each TATTILE piece is handmade in Sicily by the founder, Alessandro—from cutting and assembly to finishing and final inspection. All items are made to order, produced in a small, controlled process to protect consistency.

05- FUTURE
TATTILE grows through continuity, not seasons. The goal is refinement, not expansion—making changes only when they are ready to belong to the TATTILE universe. What stays becomes the standard.
